Cleaned up requirements for Streamlit Cloud deployment

Tanle Junior removed pyttsx3 from the project dependencies to resolve a Streamlit Cloud compatibility issue [ref:1], then updated the README to document the project.

Work on NoteEase_AI centered on getting the application ready for cloud deployment. Tanle Junior deleted pyttsx3 from the requirements file [1], which was blocking the Streamlit Cloud build. The same fix was applied again in a second commit [2], suggesting an iterative approach to resolving the dependency conflict. Between these fixes, Tanle Junior made the initial commit to the repository and updated the README.md file [3] with project documentation.
