Corrected VGG16 accuracy in README

A single commit to abhinava-sai/Automated-Diabetic-foot-ulcer-detection corrected the README's stated maximum accuracy for the VGG16 model, replacing 97% with the correct 90% so readers no longer see an inflated figure. The commit message reads, "Corrected maximum accuracy of VGG16 model from 97% to 90%".

Two machine learning projects launched with documentation

The bulk of the day's work went to abhinava-sai/Automated-Diabetic-foot-ulcer-detection, which received six commits. Kagana set up the repository with an initial commit, added a Colab notebook, updated the README multiple times, created a dataset structure, and added a Roboflow dataset ZIP file to support model training. The diabetic ulcer detection project appears designed to use computer vision for automated medical diagnosis.

In parallel, Kagana started abhinava-sai/Multi-Class-Classification-Using-ANN, a separate neural network classification project. This repository received four commits: the initial commit, a Colab notebook, and two README updates. Both projects followed the same pattern of scaffolding code and documentation from Colab notebooks.

Kagana also updated the profile README in abhinava-sai/abhinava-sai, likely to reflect these new projects.
