Merging game rules and snake game updates

In game-js, Anurag opened a pull request to add rules [1] [2], expanding the game mechanics. Over in Snake-Game-C, he merged three separate contributions: updated readme documentation [3] [4], added system requirements [5], and fixed an error [6]. He also merged documentation improvements into the Calculator-Qt-Desktop-Application [7].
