FastAPI backend and React frontend for fruit detection

Anurag completed the FastAPI implementation and scaffolded a React app for the fruit and vegetable detection project.

Work on anurag629/Fruits-and-Vegitable-Detection moved forward on two fronts. The FastAPI backend was completed [1], providing the server-side API that the detection model would run against. In parallel, a React app was created [2] to serve as the user-facing interface for the detection system.
