Model catalog switched to models.dev

Anurag Verma replaced two drifting hand-maintained lists with a live feed from models.dev, fixing pricing data that was off by 3x for some models.

The quantized-ai/luca-py repository had been tracking model metadata in two separate places: RECOMMENDED_MODELS with 22 model ids, and usage.PRICING with 6 models flagged as a mock [2]. The pricing list had gone stale. Every one of its five comparable entries disagreed with models.dev, and claude-opus-4-8 was listed at $15/M input when the real price is $5/M [1]. Verma pulled the catalog from models.dev instead, closing issue #22 [1]. The change matters because catalog.get backs get_context_window_size, which feeds four subsystems: compaction, the cost screen, the status gauge, and the @-mention size cap [1]. Before this, any model not in the hand-written lists would have had no window size at all.
