Settings and profile views for spoonsor

Work in bgrgndzz/spoonsor centered on creating a settings UI and profile views. Gündüz created the settings interface [1], then added the ability to change user settings [2]. He implemented profile picture upload functionality [3], allowing users to attach images to their accounts. The final piece brought it all together, adding sponsor profile creation and its accompanying settings panel [4].
