Filter UI redesign and testimonial rotation for Spoonsor

The day's work centered on two related updates to the Spoonsor project. Gündüz changed the filter UI [1], redesigning how users interact with filtering options. In the same pull request [2], they added Fuckup Nights testimonials to the site and adjusted the testimonial rotation interval to 7500ms [3], giving each testimonial longer visibility before cycling to the next one.
