fixedRemoved phone validation from register flow
Buğra Gündüz stripped out phone validation from the register views and controllers in spoonsor, citing issues with the regex pattern that need a better approach.

The phone validation regex in bgrgndzz/spoonsor had been causing problems [1], and rather than patch around it, Buğra chose to remove it entirely and revisit the feature once a more robust solution emerged [2].
