Sorting overhaul and privacy policy for bloom

Work in bgrgndzz/bloom focused primarily on sorting. Gündüz changed the sorting algorithm [1], then fixed it [2] and addressed posts sorting specifically [3]. He also added sorting functionality to the app itself [4], making the feature available to users.
