Reporting API and admin panel for bloom

Three commits to bgrgndzz/bloom shipped the core reporting functionality. The first added a reporting API endpoint [1], giving the application a way to gather and expose usage data. Input handling improved with a fix to trim unnecessary spaces from user submissions [2], reducing noise in stored data. Buğra also created a basic admin panel [3], laying groundwork for administrative access to the system.
