Registration flow and user API updates in bloom

On the registration page, Gündüz added agreement acceptance text [1] to make the terms visible during signup. The user API response was extended to include the user ID [2], making it easier for clients to reference users without a separate lookup. Usage terms were added to the settings section [3], giving users access to them after account creation. Image uploads were handled by resizing images to 512px [4], reducing file size so larger images could be uploaded without hitting server limits.
