School autocomplete for bloom

Buğra Gündüz replaced a dropdown with an autocomplete input and populated it with all available schools in bgrgndzz/bloom [ref:1].

The change converted the school selection interface from a static dropdown to a searchable autocomplete field, making it easier to find and select from a larger set of options. The commit added the full school dataset to the input, eliminating the limitation of showing only a subset in a traditional dropdown.
