Buğra Gündüz built out a complete documentation site for HockeyStack's Sales Agents product across 10 commits to mintlify-docs, starting from the initial repository setup and ending with reusable content snippets and how-to guides.

The work started with initializing the documentation repository [1] and then adding 19 MDX pages of Sales Agents documentation in Mintlify format [2]. The documentation included proper frontmatter, heading hierarchy, and Mintlify components like Note and AccordionGroup for FAQs, with absolute internal links and navigation organized into five groups: Getting Started, Configuration, Deals, Companies, and Daily Workflow.
Once the initial content landed, Gündüz fixed a parsing issue where "JSX curly brace syntax for Accordion titles" was needed "to avoid MDX parsing errors" [3]. He then replaced the Mintlify starter template entirely with a custom HockeyStack Sales Agents homepage [4], adding the HockeyStack logo and favicon, updating branding and colors in the navbar configuration, and building a card-based navigation system.
Branding refinements followed: cleaning up the favicon SVG with proper viewBox attributes [5], adding HockeyStack wordmark logos for the navbar header [6], correcting the support email and dashboard URL in the navbar [7], and making the navbar logo link back to the homepage [8].
The final commit consolidated content quality improvements across the entire documentation [9]. Gündüz fixed FAQ sections in 7 files that had used bold text instead of proper Accordion components, extracted the repeated early-access notice into a reusable snippet, and replaced all 21 inline Note blocks with references to that snippet. He also replaced remaining bugra@ email addresses with support@ and added three new how-to guides covering testing and iteration, writing effective prompts, and writing effective AI properties.
