Remote-to-local worktree sync CLI for git-cloudsync

Buğra built out the core syncing functionality for git-cloudsync across three commits, adding a CLI to pull remote worktree state down to local checkouts.

The main work was building a remote-to-local worktree sync CLI [1] that lets users keep their local git state in sync with a remote source. Buğra also switched the implementation to use the current checkout action [2], standardizing on an existing pattern rather than rolling custom logic. A third commit made the sync follow remote force pushes by default [3], so users won't have to manually override the behavior when the remote rewrites history.
