Cline desktop exits beta after backend and sign-out fixes

Claude Code and LangChain both shipped GPT-6 and AGENTS.md support, while OpenHands 1.20.0 added agent profiles.
Desktop v0.0.28 cline/cline
The window now keeps asking the shell for the sidecar endpoint instead of asking once and giving up, so a slow machine no longer strands you on "Desktop backend unavailable". Combined with the sign-out fix, the desktop app finally survives the two failure modes that made it look broken.

Both sign-out paths (Providers page and Cline Pass) now clear credentials that previously stayed live, so signing out of a shared or CI machine actually takes effect.

In a project with no CLAUDE.md, Claude Code now falls back to AGENTS.md, switchable under "Project instructions" in `/config`; the release notes note it is not yet available on Bedrock, Vertex or Foundry. A new `CLAUDE_GATEWAY_PROXY_IS_EGRESS_BOUNDARY=1` flag covers gateways whose only egress is the proxy.
fix(langchain): preserve open MCP object arguments langchain-ai/langchain
Gateway-style MCP servers that expose list, describe and call now keep their free-form object arguments intact through provider conversion, which the release notes say could previously be turned into an object accepting no fields. If you front MCP through a gateway, tool calls stop silently losing parameters.
fix(openai): support GPT-6 request constraints langchain-ai/langchain
ChatOpenAI can now count message tokens for GPT-6 Astra and switches to the Responses API when tools are bound, which the story says OpenAI requires for this model. Bump langchain to 1.4.1 to pick it up; all other parameter support is left to OpenAI rather than a model-specific catalog.

Agent profiles can select which secrets a profile can see, which matters if you run the same agent against more than one environment. The release also forwards Docker configuration and adds test coverage for infinite scroll and core utilities.

Desktop now routes through the state-machine loop via ACP prompt metadata, and EUrouter arrives as a declarative provider. External backend ACP sockets resolve through the redirect URL, so self-hosted backends behind a redirect stop needing a pinned address.
