Claude Code v2.1.159 is live [5], bundled into Claude Code Action and Agent SDK Python [3][4]. This release focuses on internal plumbing with no breaking user-facing changes. The real shift happened in claude-plugins-official, where the bump pipeline switched from one batched PR per cycle to one PR per stale plugin [1][2]. This matters: a single failing plugin no longer blocks the entire queue. The change pins to a feature branch of bump-plugin-shas that adds per-entry PR mode, creating separate bump branches like bump/<slug> with atomic titles. When the action lands on main, you'll re-pin to that merge commit. Max bumps dropped from 130 to 30 to keep the load sane.
