descriptor: add DynamicMessage::iter_set_fields, item 2 of #432 anthropics/buffa
DynamicMessage::iter_set_fields yields a dynamic message's set fields as (&FieldDescriptor, &Value) pairs in ascending field-number order, with the same presence rule as for_each_set: extensions included, unknown fields excluded. for_each_set now delegates to it, so the two can no longer disagree, and the returned references borrow from &self rather than the callback-scoped ValueRef.
descriptor: reject type_name on scalar fields anthropics/buffa
Building a DescriptorPool now rejects type_name on scalar fields with a new PoolError::UnexpectedTypeName carrying the field and the invalid name, since protobuf reserves type_name for message, group and enum fields. The pool previously ignored it and accepted the descriptor where protoc would not.
Perf/reflect packed fixed reserve anthropics/buffa
Reflective decoding of packed fixed-width repeated fields now pre-reserves the Vec<Value> capacity for float, double, fixed32, sfixed32, fixed64 and sfixed64, using the packed length to size exactly. Because that length prefix is untrusted, the reservation is also bounded by the decoder's remaining element-memory budget.

claude-code v2.1.281 adds Claude apps gateway support for newer Claude Desktop keys in desktop policy blocks (including blockReadsOutsideWorkingDirectories and disableBypassPermissionsMode), assume_role on gateway Bedrock upstreams so the gateway calls Bedrock as an STS-assumed IAM role, optionally one session per developer, and guardrail {id, version} on those upstreams.

The wire also carried the amazon-selling-partner plugin landing in claude-plugins-official and an immediate bump of its pinned source from 5e8147fc to 10573bac, plus the buffa housekeeping: the prost migration guide now maps btree_map to Config::map_type and map_type_in, and claude-code's changelog and feed regenerated.
