Anurag Verma merged a pull request to oppia/oppia that replaced custom utility wrappers with Python 3 built-ins across two files.

The work addressed part of issue #13956 [1], which tracks the removal of deprecated python_utils functions. Verma replaced python_utils.MAP with Python's native map function in exp_services.py and expression_parser_test.py [2]. This cleanup reduces dependency on the custom utilities layer and aligns the codebase with idiomatic Python 3.
