Submodule configuration and Vercel deployment setup

The work centered on codercops-site, a project using git submodules to pull in content from a separate repository. Verma updated .gitmodules [1] and merged the changes [2], then pushed multiple submodule pointer updates [3][4][20][21] to track the latest commits from codercops-content. He created a .vercelignore file [5][6][7] to control what Vercel would build, and updated package.json multiple times [8][9][10][14][15][16][17][18][19] to adjust build dependencies and scripts.
