Two-stage LLM detector pipeline and mobile table fix

Anurag Verma built a pipeline orchestrator for repository analysis across two stages and fixed a mobile layout bug in an achievement badges table.
In codercops/repo_meta_data_script, Verma vendored a standalone LLM and AI-authorship analyzer as stage2_llm_detector.py and wrote run_pipeline.py to orchestrate a two-stage pipeline [1]. The orchestrator runs Repo_analysis_tool.py as stage 1, pipes output to the stage 2 detector, and writes both reports to the same directory. Stage 2 can select a local, GitHub, or GitLab provider based on the input format. Neither existing script was modified; the new orchestrator only shells out to the two tools.
In recodehive/awesome-github-profiles, Verma merged a fix for badge table layout overflow on mobile [2]. The achievement tables contain a nested DEFAULT/BRONZE/SILVER/GOLD tier table in the last column that squeezed off-screen on phones. Below 768px each badge row now stacks into a card layout, giving every cell full viewport width, while tier cells shrink so all four columns fit without clipping [3]. Desktop rendering is unchanged.
Meshery Schemas released v1.3.36 with a fix to render catalog compatibility fields as a select widget [4].
