CachyOS Linux 7.2-rc3-3 ships critical AMD graphics vblank handling consolidation and direct TSC synchronization for systems without IA32_TSC_ADJUST support.

The kernel team merged three AMD display fixes [1] that consolidate DCN vblank and flip event handling, addressing race conditions in graphics rendering on AMD hardware. Alongside the graphics work, the team implemented tsc=directsync support [1] for x86 systems lacking IA32_TSC_ADJUST, improving timing precision on older silicon. This release follows rc3-2 [2], which pruned the gaming-sched and t2 branches while adding the s5-power branch for better suspend-resume handling. On the package front, Proton-CachyOS bumped to 11.0-20260702 [3], both SCX scheduler tools and SCX scheduling daemon got version bumps [4] [5], and the core linux-cachyos tree advanced [6].
