CachyOS dropped plasma-login-manager from PKGBUILDS after KDE shipped the fix upstream, while localization work pushed forward with German translations of core features.

The plasma-login-manager package is gone [1], pulling it from the build suite now that KDE's Plasma 6.7.3 resolved the underlying issue upstream. That's cleanup that clears the patch backlog.
