Jacob Walls corrected the decimal comparison in RelatedGeoModelTest.test_related_union_aggregate(), so the assertion no longer hinges on how decimals are compared. Test-only change: nothing in django/django's shipped code moves, but the geo union-aggregate test stops being the flaky one.
