Started a calculator backend and updated the counter UI

By RepoJournal , from @J-squareTech's public GitHub activity

Backfilled

Tanle Junior split effort across two repositories, launching a new calculator project while polishing a visual detail in an existing counter app.

In Digital-Counter, Tanle added a checkmark emoji to the 'Previous Entries' label in index.html [1], a small visual touch for the existing counter interface. Over in Calculatrix, a new project took shape with an initial commit [2] followed by a basic JavaScript backend [3]. The backend currently operates only in the browser console and cannot yet accept values from the UI [3]. Tanle also wrote up the project's learning objective in the README [4].
