Documentation fixes across five repositories

By RepoJournal , from @latent-9's public GitHub activity

Recoordinate spent the day fixing stale and broken documentation across solana-playground, orchestkit, sol-trade-sdk, llm-compressor, and mlx, while orchestkit shipped two releases.

The day's largest piece was removing a deprecated and non-functional step from llm-compressor's model-free PTQ guides [6][7]. The `reindex_fused_weights` command is a no-op marked deprecated, yet the NVFP4 and microscale sections of the guides still walked users through calling it before quantization, creating a broken workflow. Recoordinate removed those references so users follow the correct path directly to `model_free_ptq`.

Three other documentation fixes addressed similar staleness. In solana-playground, the client README documented a Docker Compose profile named `standalone` that does not exist in `compose.yaml` [1][2]. The actual profile is `client-standalone`, which the root README already referenced correctly. In sol-trade-sdk, two README examples imported types from the crate root that only exist in their modules, causing compilation failures [5]. In mlx, the distributed-launch guide documented a `--no-verify-script` flag for the launcher that was removed in PR #3513 [8]. Recoordinate removed the reference so the documentation matched the actual launcher interface.

Orchestrip released v9.6.0 on August 3 with a native OrchestKit adapter for codex [3], then shipped v9.6.1 on August 4 to clear npm-audit warnings via in-range transitive updates [4].
