Scheduler and cpuset NULL derefs closed in 7.3-rc6 fixes

A batch of 7.3-rc6 fixes lands for CPU hotplug, workqueue, and sched_ext, while Omarchy ships a separate firmware package so the XPS 13 Panther Lake speakers survive stock firmware refreshes.

During CPU offline the active mask drops a CPU before cpuset updates the effective CPUs, so a task placement in that window could find no active CPU in the top cpuset and dereference NULL. The NULL check is restored, alongside a fix for the cpuset v2-mode test reading a stale subsystem root pointer during a cgroup filesystem rebind.

Taking a CPU offline could hang, or stall until the watchdog ejected the BPF scheduler, when tasks on the dying CPU were still held by the scheduler or sitting on a user dispatch queue. They are now re-enqueued onto the local queue when the runqueue goes offline, matching how the other sched classes push them off.

The chained work check dereferenced a NULL current_pwq when a kworker queues work on a draining or destroying workqueue outside work item execution. If you run teardown paths that queue work from a kworker, that window is now closed.
cgroup/cpuset: Call is_in_v2_mode() after acquiring cpuset_mutex in cpuset_handle_hotplug() torvalds/linux
sashiko reported a TOCTOU race: is_in_v2_mode() was called outside the cpuset_mutex critical section in cpuset_handle_hotplug(), so the hierarchy could flip between v1 and v2 after the check and either skip tmpmask allocation or corrupt cpus_allowed masks. The call now happens under the mutex.
Install the XPS 13 PTL speaker alias package basecamp/omarchy
The XPS 13 DX13260 Panther Lake variant needs nine 10280e54 Cirrus firmware aliases for its built-in speakers, which stock Cirrus firmware lacks; Omarchy now installs the linux-firmware-cirrus-dx13260 package via omarchy-pkg-add in hardware setup and through a dedicated migration, so stock firmware updates and stable refreshes keep the aliases while the reboot prompt stays until reboot. It also...
