By RepoJournal · Filed · About Vue.js · Composed from the cited sources · methodology
vue-jsx-vapor's compiler now wraps plain function components for hot reload, while devtools spends the day on cleanup, a11y, and Node 25 test compatibility.
feat(runtime/hmr): support HMR for plain function components vuejs/vue-jsx-vapor
The runtime gains defineVaporHmrComponent and defineHmrComponent, and the compiler now marks plain function components so they can be wrapped for HMR. Codegen assigns __hmrId inline and guards import.meta.hot.accept callbacks, with unit tests and playground examples added and the interop glob broadened.
fix(client): improve `Switch` component a11y (#1141) vuejs/devtools
Accessibility fixes landed for the devtools Switch component. The change targets the control's a11y behavior in the client UI itself, not the apps you inspect.
chore(test): resolve Node25 `localStorage` conflict vuejs/devtools
Test configuration was adjusted to resolve a localStorage conflict on Node 25, so the devtools suite runs clean on the newer runtime.
fix(client): solid border for settings button vuejs/devtools
The settings button got a solid border in the client UI.
chore(client): remove unused icons from unocss safelist vuejs/devtools
Unused icons were dropped from the unocss safelist in the client.
