The workspace package manager moves from pnpm 11.21.0 to 12.9.1, and the obsolete `detect_chromedriver_version` setting is removed because pnpm 12 rejects it during installation. Nothing you install as a dependency of vuejs/router changes: the lockfile entries and package-manager metadata are the only edits, verified by a frozen install, lint, workspace builds, type tests, Chromium E2E, HMR tes...
