Black-Jack game prototype with UI and basic gameplay

Tanle Junior created a new BlackJack repository and shipped a playable web version with working interface and initial game logic.

Tanle Junior started the BlackJack project with an initial commit [1], then built out the user interface and wired up basic game functionality [2]. The implementation included initial interactivity that made for a usable first version of the game, though the underlying array logic still needed work. In the same session, Tanle Junior renamed the project title to 'Black-Jack' in the README [3] to match the proper formatting.
