Light and dark mode toggle for UI Gen App

Two commits landed in J-squareTech/UI_Gen on Wednesday. The first updated the app itself [1], and the second introduced the actual toggle functionality [2]. The dark mode support means users can now control their interface appearance without leaving the app.
