Prepared autoprep-env for final submission

Work on autoprep-env centered on preparing a FastAPI-based environment server for Hugging Face deployment. Kagana added an app_port configuration for the HF Docker setup [1] and implemented a FastAPI server [2] to handle the service. The /reset endpoint was enhanced to accept both GET and POST requests [3], broadening its usability.

Configuration work included adding a pyproject.toml file for OpenEnv validation [4] and fixing the server's main entry point to work correctly with the OpenEnv framework [5]. Repository cleanup addressed a structural issue by removing a nested repository and replacing it with actual files [6], and cache files were purged [7]. Kagana forced a Hugging Face rebuild [8] and applied a final synchronization fix [9] before marking the work as ready for submission [10].
