Arrow button and score centering for game-js

Anurag Verma added navigation controls and adjusted layout spacing in the Abhi-gits/game-js repository across two pull requests.

Anurag pushed an arrow button control to the game interface [1], visible in a screenshot showing the new button placement in the game canvas. The work was merged into the main branch [2], integrating the navigation feature. Alongside the button addition, Anurag centred the score display [3] , improving the visual hierarchy of the game's on-screen elements. These layout refinements came through two separate pull requests that touched the same codebase on the same day.
