Documentation assets for project authoring

Work went into datawars-io-content/project-author-documentation. Anurag added a chat.txt example image [1] to help authors see how chat interactions should be formatted. He then added an assertions video [2] to the documentation, and followed with another commit on the same video [3], likely refining or correcting the initial addition.
