Documentation reordering and API render fixes

Anurag Verma pushed updates across two repositories: restructuring author documentation and adding render functionality to the plantree API.

In datawars-io-content/project-author-documentation, Anurag updated the order of documentation pages and added new guidance on creating repositories [1]. A merge commit followed to integrate changes from the remote [2]. Over in anurag629/plantree-api, three commits addressed the API state: one commit indicated the core work was complete [3], another added render support to the codebase [4], and a final commit confirmed the API was operational [5].
