SEO infrastructure and release workflow for chatcops

Anurag Verma shipped OG images, search engine optimization, package documentation, and production release tooling across codercops/chatcops in a single coordinated push.

The day centered on making chatcops discoverable and maintainable. Verma added og:image and twitter:image meta tags using OGCOPS with the saas-gradient-mesh template [1], along with Schema.org JSON-LD structured data for WebSite and SoftwareApplication. He installed @astrojs/sitemap to auto-generate sitemap-index.xml at build and created robots.txt with sitemap reference [2]. The effort included theme-color, og:site_name, og:locale, twitter:site meta tags and an apple-touch-icon.png asset.

Documentation expanded in two directions. Verma updated CONTRIBUTING.md with fork workflow, branch strategy, and a new release-to-production section [3] explaining when to add changesets, the dev to production merge flow, and how the Release workflow handles versioning and npm publishing. He then added README.md files to @chatcops/core, @chatcops/server, and @chatcops/widget with install instructions, usage examples, and API reference [4].

Three releases shipped: @chatcops/widget@0.3.1, @chatcops/core@0.2.1, and @chatcops/server@0.2.1, each with "Add README.md to all packages with install instructions, usage examples, and API reference" [6]. Verma also fixed a CI gap by adding production branch to the pull_request trigger so Changesets Version Packages PRs would receive status checks instead of hanging indefinitely [5].
