Feed filtering and navigation fixes in bloom

Buğra Gündüz wired the feed endpoint into the app and added filtering logic to control what posts appear in users' streams.

Four commits landed in bgrgndzz/bloom. The main work connected the feed endpoint to the app [2], so the feed could actually pull data from the backend. He also built logic to hide anonymous posts in the feed [1], giving users control over what types of content they see. When a user follows nobody yet, the feed now shows placeholder text instead of an empty state [3]. A fourth commit addressed page change dynamics with react-navigation [4], fixing how the app behaves when users navigate between screens.
