Sorting, pagination, and image compression in bloom

The main change was a new sorting algorithm for popular topics [1], which altered how the feed ranked content. Alongside that, he added pagination to notifications [2], then optimized the pagination logic itself [3] to handle the new feature more efficiently. He also added image compression for files larger than 2048 pixels [4], reducing bandwidth for users uploading media. A small fix disabled auto-capitalization on the email field [5], closing issue #9.
