School dropdown component and auth tweaks in bloom

The day began with extracting the school dropdown into a standalone component [1], which made that selection logic reusable across the app. In parallel, Buğra added a user list API endpoint [2] to serve user data without pagination. On the authentication side, he increased the JWT expiration window to 10 years [3], trading refresh frequency for longer-lived tokens. He also modified the self-info endpoint to work without requiring a page parameter [4], simplifying the API surface for fetching current user details.
