Onboarding modals and post reporting flow

Buğra Gündüz built out the reporting interaction for bloom, adding modals for onboarding and wiring up the hide and refresh logic when posts are flagged.

Three commits to bgrgndzz/bloom landed across the reporting feature. The first added two onboarding modals for testing [1], establishing the initial UX patterns for new users. The second change hid reported posts from the feed [2], keeping flagged content out of view. The third refreshed the page when a post is reported [3], ensuring the UI stayed in sync after a report action.
