Fallback strategies for Obsidian syncing

Buğra Gündüz pushed four commits to scoped-obsidian-autocommit, adding resilience to the sync process when standard git operations fail.

He fixed the core sync logic to push changes even when the mirror repository has no file changes [1], ensuring that metadata and state updates still propagate. He also hardened the git archive fallback [2], making the tool more robust when the primary sync method encounters issues. In parallel, he began work on two additional fallback strategies: a macOS launchd sync fallback [3] for scheduled syncing on Apple systems, and a git-index fallback for protected folders [4]. Together, these changes build a layered approach to syncing, where the tool can continue working through multiple failure modes.
