Added a Twig plugin to extract raw link URLs

Merlin Tribukait added a new plugin to twig_extender that retrieves the raw URL value from link fields, then updated the README to document it.

In erik-seifert/twig_extender, Merlin built a simple plugin [1] that exposes raw URL values from link fields in Twig templates. The addition was followed by a README update [2] to reflect the new functionality.
