Image support for user messages in luca-py

Anurag Verma added image attachments to user messages in the core and TUI layers of quantized-ai/luca-py, completing a feature the client layer had already implemented.

The work extended `UserMessage.parts` from `list[TextContent]` to support images alongside text [1]. Verma defined an `ImageContent` type with a union of three media sources: `url`, `base64`, and `file_id`, plus free-form `metadata` that bypasses projection. The core layer now maintains its own media type definitions rather than importing from the client, since `models.py` becomes the language-agnostic specification [2]. Users can attach images in the TUI via Ctrl+V, or pass them as a parts list to `post_message`. One transport fix was also included to align with the new schema.
