Open WebUI 0.10.0 adds team folder sharing
By RepoJournal · Filed · About Open WebUI
Open WebUI 0.10.0 ships folder sharing for teams, alongside a frontend security patch and a drag-and-drop fix.
Open WebUI released v0.10.0 [1], introducing folder sharing with your team. You can now share a folder and its chats with specific users, groups, or everyone, granting read or write access; shared folders appear in the sidebar, and non-owners open chats in a read-only view. Administrators control sharing via a new "Folders Sharing" permission, which defaults to off. The release also includes the related commit and PR [2].
A frontend security dependencies patch [3] updates vulnerable frontend packages, so upgrade to harden your deployment. Separately, the pinned note sidebar drag-and-drop into chat context is fixed [4], restoring a UI interaction that previously misbehaved.
For Portuguese-speaking users, pt-BR translations for newly added UI items and a consistency pass are merged [5], preserving placeholders and hotkeys.
