Blog access control and visitor tracking

Anurag Verma released the first version of azblog with restricted write access and added a visitor counter feature.

The azblog repository shipped version 1.0.0 [1], implementing a permission model where only the admin can write and read blogs, while regular users can only view published content. In the same work, Verma added a new feature to count visitors [2], giving the blog basic analytics tracking.
