Trimmed system design course to focused daily readings and consolidated schema releases

In anurag629/system-design-60-days, Verma rewrote every markdown file to match a consistent style guide, removing em dashes and bolded inline list headers across the repository [1]. He trimmed the daily "Today's links" sections from five-plus readings down to three reads and one video per day, each verified to be a real, available resource [2].
