Toolbelt initial public release and infrastructure setup

Anurag Verma published codercops/toolbelt as an open source project and prepared its build and dependency infrastructure for public maintenance.

1 person shipped this

Toolbelt shipped its initial public release [1], moving from private to open source. Verma synchronized the package-lock file with the new toolbelt package name and its dependencies [2], then pinned vitest to 3.x to fix cross-platform lockfile consistency when running npm ci in CI [3]. The CI workflow itself was brought current by bumping checkout to v5 and setup-node to v6 [4]. Verma also cleaned up the LICENSE file to ensure MIT detection worked correctly and configured Dependabot to limit updates to non-major versions [5], reducing churn on the repository. A final pass tidied the .gitignore [6].
