ACCOUNTS-QML-MODULE REMOVED FROM EXTRA
By RepoJournal · Filed · About Arch Linux
Arch dropped accounts-qml-module from extra-x86_64 overnight, signaling a shift in the mobile/GNOME ecosystem dependencies.
The removal of accounts-qml-module [1] hits the extra repository hard — this was core infrastructure for anything touching GNOME Online Accounts integration. Watch your GNOME mobile builds. Meanwhile, python-asyncssh jumped to 2.23.0-1 [2], bringing SSH library updates across the stack. On the staging side, phosh hit 0.54.0-2 [3] and wingpanel-indicator-datetime landed 2.4.2-2 [5], both queued for extra. FileZilla's promotion from extra-staging to extra-testing [4] means it's close to stable — FTP/SFTP users should start validating builds now.
