Arch Linux tightened AUR package base rules: pushing to a deleted package base is now rejected, and pushing to an orphan no longer claims it.

The aurweb fix [1] changes how maintainership is handled on the AUR. Pushing to a deleted package base used to grant maintainership; it is now rejected and the push output points to the 'restore' action, which returns the package as an orphan. Additionally, pushing to an orphan no longer claims it, except for co-maintainers. This is a breaking change for anyone relying on the old behavior; the intended flow is to restore the package first.
