Deployment configuration for Vercel and Azure

Verma added deployment configuration for Vercel [1] and Azure [2], then created an Azure App Service build and deployment workflow [3]. He fixed a WSGI configuration problem [4] that was blocking the application from running correctly on the platform. A merge commit pulled changes from the remote repository [5], and he made a final adjustment [6] to complete the deployment setup.
