The centerpiece was `bun run setup` [1], an interactive wizard that detects which agents you have installed, asks what to wire up and where, then builds, writes the config, installs each adapter, health-checks the server, and offers to run doctor. Rather than reimplementing the installers, the wizard spawns their built binaries and wraps the flow in prompts using @clack/prompts. This replaced a manual process that required building by hand, writing a config file, and running four separate installers with the right flags [2].
Parallel to the wizard, Verma fixed the README to match the actual code. The intro had named Cursor as an agent even though no Cursor adapter exists; it now mentions Codex and Kimi instead [3] [4]. The OpenCode section claimed five tools but the plugin registers six; he added cortex_handoff and restored feedback to the lifecycle summary [5]. The server section ended with a bare `docker compose up`, implying a compose file ships with the repo when it does not [8].
Verma then restructured the adapter documentation. The original "How the OpenCode adapter works" section was a leftover from when cortex-bridge was OpenCode-only, with OpenCode getting a detailed hook table and six model-callable tools while Claude Code, Codex, and Kimi shared one short paragraph [6] [7]. He retitled it to "How the adapters work" and gave the three CLI agents their own table for the shared three-event hook contract (UserPromptSubmitted, ContextGathered, ResponseGenerated), framing OpenCode as the deepest integration [8].
Finally, Verma added real screenshots from a scientific calculator demo showing the setup wizard landing on DOCTOR PASS, then all four agents working on the same repo and sharing the same Cognee memory graph [9] [10]. He recaptured the graph in a force-directed layout and restructured the "See it work" section into three parts: setup, four agents one memory, and under the hood [10] [11].
